We used two of the busses this morning, excellent tour and commentary. We found the stop closest to our hotel (or we thought we had) the blue bus stop we needed was around the corner, one of the men who scan your phone and give you your tickets actually walked us to the stop we needed, that is what you call service. I would definitely recommend this company 100%. Thank you all.

A fab thing to do especially with our children, helped explore the city and rest their legs in hilly edinburgh, the commentary was informative and everyone learnt something new! Fab offer of kids go free made it excellent value for money.

The coverage of historic sights was good although certain interesting places were missed including the First Ministers residence on Charlotte Square. The very English guide was quite overbearing and at times bordering on offensive by impersonating the Scots accent. He did not come up for breath which was very annoying, it would have been nice to soak up the architecture and digest relevant information rather than be sung and spoke at VERY loudly. Would recommend the headphone tour especially if you are non English speaking or prefer to listen at your pace and volume. Good tour overall and would recommend.

Our driver was very helpful when we first boarded. I needed a charging cable & he told me where on our route I could hop off to get one on our way to the castle. Very cordial, friendly and welcoming. From the young folk that sell the tickets to the ones that drive you around. Overall a very clean, comfortable ride. They provide headphones for the audio on board in several languages for all visitors.

This was a very short tour. Better go to the toyrist office and check out different city buses that cover more ground.

Windows fog up easily in the rain and cold. Scott was great on the Edinbyrg live tour. Drivers great on all three. Great way to embrace the city. We did red, green and blue route.

Incredible experience and a great way to get around Edinburgh. I suggest going on the bus first so that you can decide where you want to go. We accidentally left our backpack on the bus and we found it safe and secure at the station the next day.

The audio information is very good and the stops give access to the main visitor attractions. Drivers were friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hop on hop off experience in the city of Edinburgh. It was a great way to get the lay of the land and to see the whole city. I went around all stops before getting off just to see everything first. I would highly recommend this tour option for anyone visiting Edinburgh for the first time. I was challenged finding where to catch the hop on and hop off, so it’s best to ask a local or a hotel concierge as there are many different stops in different locations
